Physiotherapy, massage, medical treatments and fitness programs fall short when the focus is too narrow. I take a holistic approach to health and fitness because its the only way to achieve results that last.

My mission is to help you get the most from your vital body. As a late-40s mother to teenagers, I know your struggles and how to overcome them.
