Iron Yoga
Iron Yoga is a strength building fusion of traditional yoga poses with weight training and athletic movement. Utilizing the traditional standing poses, Iron Yoga takes your yoga and strength training routine to a more intense level through the use of light weights and specific body movement. Not only do you increase your flexibility and range of motion, but you build lean muscle and improve your balance and muscular endurance.
Hellerwork Massage & CranioSacral Therapy
Vital Body offers Deep Tissue Hellerwork Massage, a refined form of bodywork to get relief from pain or mobility problems, as well as CranioSacral Therapy (CST) for head, neck and sacrum issues.  When CST is used in conjunction with the manual techniques of Hellerwork deep tissue massage, the functioning of the entire body can be improved.

Jane Stewart is a Certified Practitioner of Hellerwork Structural Integration, CranioSacral Therapy, Fitness Instruction and Fitness Training with two decades of experience working with the human body.

Jane's skills and experience in both healing and training give her an edge in helping clients achieve positive changes in their body. Jane's cross-disciplinary approach allows her to be effective at treating the root cause of issues, not just symptoms. Many clients come to Jane after drugs, physio, chiro and other therapies weren't effective. Coming to her first for a Vital Body Assessment can save a lot of time.
